Physical Requirements:

  • Polers must be able to Pole Climb

  • Complete Basic Spins where Body Weight is Lifted

  • Spare 3 × 20 Minute Sessions a Week


Equipment Needed:

  • This program includes a pole version and a non equipment version

  • Train without a pole in readiness for your next class

  • Train with a pole in the comfort of your own home


3 sessions can be used a pole conditioning before or after class.
