Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. During this period, our team carefully prepares, packs, and sends your items.

We ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown at checkout based on your order type and destination.

Customs & Duties (Non-UK Customers)
Customers outside the UK may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
USA customers are exempt, as PoleBoxx LTD pays all DDP charges for US orders.
Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates
To increase the likelihood of delivery before Christmas, please place your order by the dates below:
- UK: 18th December
- USA: 12th December
- Rest of the World: 5th December
- Europe: 15th December
(These dates follow carrier guidance but are not guaranteed.)
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following:
- Refusal at delivery
- Failure to collect from the delivery office
- Unpaid customs charges
We will issue:
- A 95% refund of the product value
- Postage is non-refundable
- A 5% fee is deducted to cover packaging waste and carrier return charges to PoleBoxx LTD
If you would like your items re-sent, new postage costs will apply.
